WHAT TO DO FOR SOMEONE OVERDOSING

- Because bath salts are not meant to be ingested, contact Poison Control for Advice
- If they recommend taking the overdose victim to the hospital, an ambulance is preferable transport since first responders can more safely manage the unpredictable and often aggressive behavior of bath salt users.

LEGALITY
- It is illegal to own bath salts in all 50 States
- In most states, it is also illegal to sell bath salts
- Psychosis induced by bath salts can lead to additional charges and legal issues for users
